Especially last 14 years, privatization implementations stir up therefore on one hand it increased trust on Turkish economy on the other hand it become building block of the structural transformation process in Turkey. Before Turkey open to the privatization, many sector was on the government monopoly. After a privatization process, private sector improved those sector which were in governmental monopoly. But still power of the governmental monopoly affects many sectors. However, privatization process will be continue due to efficient operation guarantee while increase on the social utility prevails.

In the privatization process, MK Consulting have two main purpose. Firstly, while using our experience and fund of knowledge, we aim to assist aspirant companies, investor institutions, investment banks and international consultants which prefer Turkey in privatization process. Secondly, on the subject of privatization programs we provide guidance for governments on the international area.
